Michael J. Brandabur is a founding partner of The Law Offices of Brandabur, Bowling & Crehaan and he has been a lifelong resident of Hamilton, Ohio. He graduated from Miami University, received an MBA form the University of West Florida, and earned J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

His practice has a primary focus in Corporate/Business Law, Civil Litigation, Immigration, Estate Planning and Personal Injury. Michael particularly enjoys assisting new Corporate/Business clients in setting up and starting their businesses. His business clients include the proverbial "Mom and Pop" store, as well as clients listed on Dunn & Bradstreet with annual revenues in the tens of million of dollars.

In addition to the firm's practice, Michael continues his service to our country, previously on active duty, and now serving as a Judge Advocate General in the United States Air Force Reserves, where he serves as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. Michael believes the primarily international legal focus of his military service immeasurably aides in his immigration practice, as he frequently is required to understand and appreciate cultural differences in explaining and understanding legal issues.

Michael's diverse legal experience, understanding of cultural and language barriers, and knowledge that most people that trace their family tree, quickly discover that just a few generations ago, their ancestors migrated to this country, facilitate his handling of Immigration issues. Immigration is an area fraught with rules and exceptions to the rules. Failure to abide by even the seemingly most minor of details can result in immediate removal (deportation) and permanent denial of entry to the United States. Michael's second language is German, however, he can coordinate interpreters for many other languages, should you be unable to provide your own.

Personal injury is an area that should concern all people. A person’s life can change in an instant due to an injury caused by another. Michael will not allow your standard of living to diminish at the hands of another. His experience with Personal Injury matters will assist you in obtaining maximum compensation for damages you received due to no fault of your own. Michael previously worked for an insurance company and understands that the company’s interests are not always the same as yours. That is why he maintains the same “give not quarter, and leave no stone unturned” attitude when handling your personal injury case. Call him for a free consultation.

Michael is licensed to practice in all Ohio, Federal Courts and Military Courts and is a member of the Butler County, Hamilton County, Ohio and Federal Bar Associations. Additionally, Michael is active in the local community as a member of Rotary International, and he is a frequent guest lecturer at Miami University.

Jeffrey W. Bowling is a founding partner of The Law Offices of Brandabur, Bowling & Crehan and has been a lifelong resident of Hamilton, Ohio. His practice has a primary focus in DUI/OMVI Defense, Criminal Defense, Family Law and Personal Injury. Jeffrey has successfully argued DUI/OMVI cases in most southwest Ohio County, Mayor’s and Municipal Courts including Butler County, Hamilton County, Preble County, Montgomery County and Warren County.

Jeffrey understands that an arrest for DUI/OMVI has potential effects that exist long after the disposition of your case. For that reason, his philosophy is to give no quarter when defending against the government’s allegations. Jeffrey’s extensive training in the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration’s field sobriety tests, his understanding of issues regarding blood, breath and urine testing and his dedication to the current trends of the law and courts provides him with the ability to leave no stone unturned when preparing a defense. In order to enhance his DUI/OMVI practice, Jeffrey attends the leading state and national training seminars, maintains a database of officer’s past arrests, booking information, agency operating procedures and a networking system with other attorneys to ensure up to the minute information on policy and procedures of arresting agencies and area Courts. Jeffrey also maintains a twenty four (24) hour on-call hotline to assist you through this frightening and confusing event.

Jeffrey maintains the same, “Leave no stone unturned” attitude when representing clients with their family law needs. Although in family law, an in your face approach is not always in your long term best interest, Jeffrey has the ability to successfully negotiate your case to a quick and favorable result when possible, but also knows when to take an aggressive stance to protect your long term best interests. Whether it involves Divorce/Dissolution, Child Custody, Child Support, Anti-nuptial Agreements or a Juvenile Court matter, the key to Family Law representation is to identify the client’s goals and collect all vital information necessary to achieve those goals. Once the information is obtained, Jeffrey’s knowledge of the law and skill with state of the art computer programs allows him to present a case that places you in the best position to have a fresh start for your future.

Personal injury is an area that should concern all people. A person’s life can change in an instant due to an injury caused by another. Jeffrey will not allow your standard of living to diminish at the hands of another. His experience with Personal Injury matters will assist you in obtaining maximum compensation for damages you received due to no fault of your own. Jeffrey has dealt with insurance companies and understands that the company's interests are not always the same as yours.
